We make a variety of pound cakes: Moravian Pound (with lemon and vanilla flavoring, great for any occasion). Chocolate Pound for the "chocolate lover". Black Walnut Pound (loaded with black walnuts and coconut). Coconut Pound (lots of coconut and a pour over hot butter Glaze).

We have a wide variety of specialty cakes: Just to name a few: Fresh Coconut, Red Velvet, German Chocolate, Applenut, Butternut (one of our best sellers ), Strawberrynut, Italian Cream, Pineapple crumb cake, and Carrot Cake. If you have a special request and we can bake it for you, we'll even do that. Just give us a call.

We are famous for our oatmeal cookies. We have regular cream filling, cream cheese filling with pecans and just plain oatmeal cookies with no filling. We have sent these cookies all over the United States and to other countries as well. We sent them to the White House. They are a must.

We make a variety of other cookies. Chocolate Chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, sugar, white chocolate with macadamia nuts to name some.
